HOW TO CLAIM CME AT FAMMED FORUM 2023

NOTE:  PLEASE USE THE YOUR FAMMED FORUM CME LOGIN CREDENTIALS FOR ALL EVALUATIONS AND TESTS

  1. Go to the FamMed Forum home page (https://fammedforum.com)
  2. Make sure you are logged into the system (if not, log in with the BLUE LOGIN BUTTON.)
  3. Scroll down to the box for the session for which you wish to claim CME
  4. Complete the session evaluation.
  5. When you click SUBMIT, please wait to be returned to the evaluation page. 
  6. Your CME Credit will be recorded. 

You may also access evaluations using the "Evaluation" tab on the home screen of the Whova app, but will still be required to log into the CME system.
