Thriving in practice through value based care

Saturday, April 2, 2022
2:10pm - 2:55pm

With growing value based care contracts, more physicians are taking the leap into the world of value based care, but not all are succeeding. The complexities of managing changing benchmarks, different payor relationships and decreasing fee for service revenue is putting strain on family physicians who have seen anywhere from a 10-30% decrease in revenue due to the recent and current pandemic. In this practical session, learn the tools necessary to ensure that your practice takes the steps required to succeed this year.
  • Learn strategies to improve your practice's financial stability via value-based care, coding and billing tips and more
  • Discuss how chronic care management, transitional care management and preventive care can help your practice and your patients
  • Discuss use of innovation to aid in physician wellbeing and practice management
