Dr. Georgine Lamvu, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine will discuss current and emerging therapies for endometriosis and uterine fibroids.
- Summarize the diagnostic evaluation for uterine fibroids and endometriosis including ultrasound, lab tests and other imaging tests
- Recognize the benefits and limitations of current and emerging options for medical management of endometriosis and uterine fibroids
- Discuss the latest clinical data on current and emerging treatment options for management of endometriosis-associated pain and uterine fibroids
- Employ strategies to actively integrate current clinical evidence- and practice-based recommendations for the management of patients with endometriosis and uterine fibroids
