Complete Evals and Post-tests to earn CME Credit.

To complete sessions and qualify for CME Credit, you must be logged into this website.

Please log in now, using your FamMed Forum CME credentials.  Also, to make things easier for you, please make sure that your CME user name and password are the same as your user name and password for the Whova app.

Once you have logged in, the Evaluation/Post-Test table with links will appear at the bottom of this page.

Begin by completing the Session Evaluation.  Make sure you click "Submit" at the end of the evaluation.  Once you click Submit, the system will open the post-test. Complete the post-test and continue.  When you pass the test, you can take post-tests for sessions that have already ended, or return to the Whova meeting app:

• If you are participating on a laptop or desktop computer, you can click the "Return to Meeting App" button at the top of this page to return to the Whova meeting app.

• If you are participating on your mobile device, click the "Back" button at the top of the app until you return to the home page.

You may keep up with your credits for this conference by referencing the "Transcript" tab in the main menu.

At the end of the meeting, we will provide a link on the meeting web/mobile app where you can complete your overall session evaluation and claim CME credit for the entire conference, if you wish to do so.
