TAKE THE COURSES YOU MISSED AT FAMMED FORUM 2021

If you already claimed credit for these sessions during the live event, please DO NOT claim credit for them again.

As as special added feature of the 2021 FamMed Forum, the sessions presented during our LIVE event have been accredited by AMA as stand-alone enduring material.

Sorry, we are unable to offer AAFP credit for these enduring courses.

So if you missed session for which you were registered, you may now take the course and earn CME credit for your participation.

These courses are open at this time only to those who registered for the days on which the original sessions were presented. The login email and password you used to access the previous sessions will be required to verify your enrollment for these courses, which will appear "CLOSED" until you log in using the BLUE login button.

You must complete all elements of the course in order to complete it and generate your CME credit and certificate.

Our online education is based on the honor system:

Please DO NOT claim credit for these courses if you claimed credit for them during the live event.  Please feel free to review them as often as you like.

These courses will generate an enduring CME certificate for each one you complete. Those certificates will be available upon completion of each enduring course and shown on the individual course page.

Your transcript page will signify that you completed them but will only show the CME credits earned during the live event.  So it is possible that your transcript will show the enduring courses as awarding ZERO CME credits.  Again, you will be able to download the individual enduring credit certificate from the individual course page upon completion.

If you experience any difficulty, please reach out to us at info@njafp.org
